Minneapolis Sports Academy (MSA) formed in 2023 to offer top quality recreation and training opportunities to the families and youth in our community.
Our first facility, MSA Batting Cages, is a 9,000 sq. ft. flexible indoor sports complex offering hourly rentals on batting cages, turf fields, and party rooms. Reserve as much space as you need – big or small, and in any combination. We rent to individuals, teams and leagues.
MSA Batting Cages is an easy drive, just off of 35W at 2020 West 98th Street in Bloomington, MN. We created this facility for baseball, softball, soccer, flag football, lacrosse and any turf activity you can imagine! Plus check out our event spaces for birthday parties, tryouts, clinics, team celebrations, family reunions, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, graduation parties, corporate team building, watching the big game, fantasy drafts, and fundraisers.

We are a partnership of 4 families who love to play. We are athletes, parents, and coaches, and we have over 30 years of experience coaching across various ages and sports.
If you are like us, you have noticed that there just aren’t enough places to play in our area. We know what it’s like to look for an open field for team practices, for a kid’s birthday party, or to just take a few swings on a cold day – only to find that most places are not available or they involve a long commute. MSA is trying to fill that need. Here you’ll always have A PLACE TO PLAY!
